At work this week one of my office mates asked what four musical artists

should be brought back to life.

My choices are somewhat predictable.

On the way out of Bowieland I picked up some "souvenirs".

Gumbo Day

Occasionally, I like to get some ingredients together, set aside a day and cook up a big pot of gumbo.

I got the big pot and my wooden spoon out of the cupboard.

Today was Gumbo Day.

Bowie - Final Thoughts

If you've been paying even the slightest attention to me you'll know that I have been a little bit obsessed with David Bowie for the greater part of this year.

I have no regrets about this. It was time well spent.

With this post I want to sum up my thoughts on Bowie and maybe finally let him

join the rest of my obsessions on his pedestal in my mind.

The Beauty Meh Awards 2018

I promise this isn't becoming a beauty blog.

Mostly because I can't be bothered to think that deeply about beauty products,

though I will admit to using a fair amount of them.
